It’s important that these are fitted in the correct order.
As pictured from your left, Pin, wavey washer, motor arm, plastic washer, hatch arm, washer, starlock (starlock is fitted inwards). Use either a starlock tool or a small socket from a standard socket set that goes over the pin and push the starlock into place. Ensure you hold the pin head whilst doing this so you don’t bend the arms.
