We recommend a regular clean every week or when emptying your ash container. This will help keep your product within its 3-year warranty.

We recommend a full clean after every 500 liners, as shown in our Maintenance video, to support your 3-year warranty and keep your toilet in top condition.

Please note: under NZ gas regulations, only an authorised person can install, connect, or disconnect the Freedom toilet.
