BEST IN CLASS PERFORMANCE
This model lives up to its name—“Comfort”—by offering a truly comfortable, safe, and hassle-free toilet experience. It has been awarded “Best in Test” twice by Testfakta, a respected independent Swedish product testing organization. (Test reports available on request.)
HOW IT WORKS
Cinderella Comfort incineration toilets burn all liquid and solid waste at high temperatures, reducing it to a small amount of clean, sterile ash — around one teacup per week for a family of four. Running on standard 240V mains power, it requires no water, no septic, and no tanks, offering a simple, hygienic waste solution with minimal maintenance.
EASY TO USE
Using the Cinderella toilet is quick and clean:
- Lift the lid and seat.
- Place a Cinderella toilet liner in the bowl.
- Sit and use the toilet as usual.
- Close the lid and press the flush button.
The bag drops into the incineration chamber where waste is hygienically processed. The unit is odorless, easy to keep clean, and child-safe.
INSTALLATION
Installing a Cinderella Comfort toilet is straightforward - A Handyman can Install them! There’s no need for a water connection or external waste tanks. You only need to install the ventilation system as per Cinderella’s guidelines to ensure proper airflow and reliable performance.
AWARD-WINNING
Made in Norway, the Cinderella Comfort meets all necessary product group certifications and is CE-marked. It’s built for cold climates, performs reliably year-round, and comes with a 3-year warranty, giving you complete peace of mind.
CLEAN INDOOR AIR
What makes the Cinderella Comfort unique is its closed air system, which uses a separate air intake pipe for the incineration process. This ensures fresh air is brought in from outside, helping maintain a stable indoor temperature and preventing interference with other ventilation systems such as kitchen fans, fireplaces, or wood-burning stoves. The result? A more comfortable and healthier indoor environment.
LCD DISPLAY
Cinderella Comfort is built for ease of use. Its integrated LCD screen clearly displays real-time status updates and notifications, guiding you through operation and maintenance. The interface is intuitive and suitable for all users, including families and guests.

Frequently Asked Questions
Operation
Installation
Can you dispose of sanitary products?
If hygiene products are deposited into the toilet, they will burn with the next incineration cycle. Pure cotton products are okay, but sanitary liners containing plastic will potentially block up the catalytic converter.
How long does a burn take?
Normally 40 - 70 minutes normal time range. Plus a cooling down period.
Do you need to flush each time?
Yes, if the waste sits in the liner without ‘flushing’ the moisture from the waste will soak through the liner within 20mins and this would make the liner stick to the bowl. The golden rule – one usage, one liner, one flush. The risk of over-filling is to great and wrong usage means warranty is void. When too much urine enters at once it can come very close to the rim of the container and boil up on to the heat element that then wears down much quicker.
At what temperature does the incineration process occur?
The Cinderella incineration toilets operate at temperatures between 550°C and 600°C. This high heat ensures that all waste is thoroughly incinerated, leaving behind only a small amount of sterile ash.
Do urine and faeces need to be separated?
No, you don’t need to separate urine and faeces. Our incineration toilets handle all waste together safely and easily.
When can the next person use the toilet?
a) As soon as the first person has closed the lid and flushed the toilet, the 2nd person can use the toilet. The incineration process will pause when the lid is lifted and start again when flushed.
b) If more than 2 people use the toilet it would be good to leave it a few minutes between uses.
What is the maximum length of the flue for a Toilet?
For the Freedom LPG toilet the maximum height should be 5 metres and NO bends allowed.
For the Comfort toilet the maximum height should be 6m with NO bends or 5m with a bend no greater than 45 degrees.
Is there a warranty on the toilet?
A properly installed and maintained Cinderella incineration toilet is covered by a three-year warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
For a semi-commercial situation like AirBnB there is a 1 year warranty
Does ECOASH need to provide a building product information report required by the Building (Building Product Information Requirements) Regulations 2022 (“BPIR”).
MBIE have advised that a BPIR is not required as the Cinderella incineration toilets are classed as a gas and/or electrical appliance under s7(e) of the Building (Building Product Information Requirements) Regulations 2022.
