Delivery Timeframes

• Urban Areas: Typically delivered within 3–7 working days.

• Rural Locations: Allow up to 10 working days for delivery to remote areas.

Delivery Schedule

• Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

• Delivery Hours: Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Please note that we do not offer weekend or public holiday deliveries.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery fees are calculated during checkout and depend on your location and product size.

• We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

• Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an updated delivery estimate or offer alternative solutions.​
